WMA members have extensive experience in their respective fields. Their expertise runs the gamut from civil and sanitary engineering, alternative septic system treatment, environmental planning, irrigation design and installation, water conservation, and more. WMA also acts as the Responsible Management Entity (RME) for all wastewater treatment systems it distributes and installs. In 2005, the Wastewater Technical Advisory Committee (WTAC) for the NM Environment Department approved the SludgeHammer System as an Advanced Wastewater Treatment Unit (ATU) for secondary treatment. The approval was based on two things: Effluent test results provided by WMA. The SludgeHammer ABG system that WMA distributes is one of a kind. As an innovative, compact aeration device, the SludgeHammer turns a conventional septic tank and leach field into the most efficient, cost effective and easily maintained onsite wastewater treatment system there is. And what if you have a failing septic system/leach field? Installing the SludgeHammer ABG system will restore the hydraulic function of the leach field. Add subsurface, landscape drip irrigation to the mix and you will have the highest level of wastewater re-use, as well as contribute to conserving our precious and dwindling potable water supply. Water Management Associates past and current projects:
In addition, we have installed numerous residential and commercial SludgeHammer Systems to re-mediate failing septic tanks and leach fields, to assure compliance with new county/state regulations, and/or to recycle and reuse their most precious resource . . . water. |
